About Lauren
I’m not here to fix you. I’m here to help you finally make sense of yourself.

For a long time, I believed something was fundamentally wrong with me. On the outside I could hold it together — social, capable, moving through life. But inside I felt anxious, reactive, and like I was always one step away from things falling apart. I coped by leaving — jobs, relationships, situations — before they could unravel on me.
Then someone helped me see what was actually happening. Not a diagnosis. Not a framework to optimize myself with. Just a moment of real recognition: I had been living in survival mode, and it wasn’t a character flaw — it was a pattern that made complete sense once I understood where it came from.
That shift — from trying to fix myself to understanding myself — changed everything.
What I do now
Since 2012, I’ve worked with thousands of people as a bodywork practitioner — and since 2022, I’ve facilitated Somatic breathwork and deeper inner work in both 1:1 and group settings. What I’ve found, across all of it, is that the body and the mind are telling the same story. The tension in your shoulders and the loop you keep replaying in your head — they’re connected. They usually go all the way back.
For me, the connection between the two happened through my own nervous system. I had spent years working with bodies — releasing tension, creating safety through touch — before I understood what was actually happening beneath the surface. When I started doing my own inner work, everything clicked. The anxiety, the reactivity, the leaving — it was all my nervous system doing exactly what it had learned to do. Once I understood that, the bodywork I was offering deepened too. I wasn’t just releasing muscle tension anymore. I was helping people come back to themselves.
“Her intuitive and caring approach allowed me to fully let go during our session.”

What makes this different
Both body + mind
Most practitioners offer one or the other. Here, physical release and emotional clarity happen in the same session — because they’re part of the same system.
Structure without rigidity
I use structure to create safety. Once we’re in it, I work intuitively — responding to what’s actually present, not a fixed script.
Real, not performative
No “love and light,” no spiritual bypassing. Just honest, grounded work with someone who’s done their own depth and isn’t scared of yours.
“I immediately feel a sense of calm when I walk in.”

Why “Radicle”?
A radicle is the first root a seed puts out — the one that reaches down before anything grows up. For me, that root is the nervous system. It’s the first thing shaped by our earliest experiences, and it quietly runs everything that comes after — how we connect, how we protect ourselves, how we show up in relationships. The work I do isn’t about adding more to your life. It’s about going to the root of what’s already there, understanding it, and letting that change things from the inside out.
The wordplay is intentional too. We usually have to be willing to make a radical move toward ourselves before anything shifts. That takes courage. I don’t take it lightly when someone decides they’re ready.

I’m glad you’re here.
