LOCATION

Parking is available in the DUNE lot. If you choose street parking, please check signs carefully—resident stickers are required from Memorial Day to Labor Day.

ARRIVAL

When you arrive, text me at (203) 895-5771 before coming upstairs, as I may be finishing with another client. You’re welcome to wait in the seating area or visit Old Post Market across the street for a coffee or snack.

Massage sessions take place in the Wellness Room on the 2nd Floor. If stairs are an issue, please contact me in advance so I can make alternative arrangements.

PRIOR TO YOUR SESSION

Please remove jewelry you are comfortable taking off, especially necklaces if you’d like focused neck work. Please pull long hair back with a clip or band and undress to your comfort level.

During the session, the therapist will check in with you although most of our work is intuitive, and sessions are quiet. This is YOUR session, please allow yourself to communicate with the therapist as needed throughout the session. (if you are not in a deep state of relaxation)

AFTER YOUR SESSION

Responses to massage vary—some feel immediate shifts, while others notice changes over days or weeks. However you experience it, trust your body’s wisdom.

To support your integration:

• Stay hydrated and reduce caffeine or alcohol intake for a few days.

• Take an Epsom salt bath to further cleanse and ground your body.

• Create space for stillness—you may find your intuition feels clearer. Perfect time to avoid news, politics or anything that is drains energy.

SCHEDULING & PAYMENT

PUNCTUALITY

Clients are asked to please arrive for their appointments at the scheduled starting time. This allows for time to fill out or update intake forms and discuss the treatment plan for the session. It is not necessary to arrive early. In the event a client is running late, the service may be shortened in order to maintain the schedule, and the original treatment time may be charged.

Radicle Healing accepts cash, Venmo, PayPal & Zelle. To create ease at check out and reduce no shows a card is required up front to book an appointment. This is also preferred so you don’t have to go back up into your thinking mind after a massage, allowing you to stay in the body.

TIPPING

I charge a flat rate for my time and tipping is not required, unless clients truly want to express gratitude and appreciation. In spa environments pay is often commission-based, and tipping is necessary and encouraged to supplement low wages. So please do continue to tip Massage Therapists when visiting spas.

CANCELLATIONS

Radicle Healing understands and respects the hectic schedules of clients. When given sufficient notice, appointments may be moved, or accommodations may be made. Please understand that operating hours are limited, and I am often booked in advance. There is no charge for cancellations received at least 48 hours in advance. If a client must cancel with less than 48 hours notice, they will be charged full price for the session.

NO CALLS / NO SHOWS

In the event that a client fails to show up for their appointment without giving notice they will be charged the full amount for the session. Future appointments cannot be booked until the balance is paid. I reserve the right to refuse future services after a no call/show. No call/showing will result in automatic firing of the client and future appointments will not be available to you.
